Cancellation policy

How it works

Products with a subscription option show it on their page. Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency you choose, and each delivery is charged to your saved card until you pause or cancel.

Discount

Unless the product page says otherwise, you get 10% off your first two deliveries and 15% off from the third. If you cancel and subscribe again, the count starts over. The discount can't be combined with other discount codes.

Delivery

Subscriptions are available in the UAE only, at our standard delivery rates. See our Shipping Policy.

Managing and cancelling

You can skip, pause, change or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or from the link in any subscription email. There's no minimum commitment and no fee. Changes made before your next charge date apply to that delivery.

Refunds

If you've been charged and your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

Price changes

We'll email you at least 7 days before a subscription price changes.
