How much saffron is that?

Every gram is about 150 flowers, picked by hand. A 3g box holds roughly 450 of them, a 5g box about 750, and a 10g box about 1,500.


How to use it

Crush a small pinch and soak it in a spoon of warm water or milk for ten minutes. Then add it to rice, desserts, tea or warm milk. A little goes a long way.


Good to know

Keep the threads in a dry, airtight place, away from light. The box does that job well.
